There's a great website called Glassdoor.com where you can get a lot of good info about different companies such as salary, interview process, culture. Suggest you take a look there.

To the June 11,2010 @ 7:50 a.m. post, How does this question risk forward progress into the interview process? Who said that there is an interview process? I never said that. I just wanted to get more insight about the company because they have a lot of openings in New Jersey. I was looking to maybe relocate to New Jersey. Don't be too quick to assume. |

That's a "gutsy" question to ask and could risk forward progress into the interview process. Try another approach like, "How would you describe the culture of accountability here?" This isn't as direct and I found it often led to intersting conversations. |

I had an interview with the actual Bayer Managers after a couple telephone interviews. It was actually through Ventive whom does contact sales. Salary was around $45,000, no commission, no company car. During the interview, which by the way, they required a ton of information, I asked what they dis-liked most about the company and both reps refused the question. They are |
